If you feel overwhelmed by clutter, struggle to find things, feel stressed in your own home, or simply don't know where to start, a professional organiser can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from the process.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Not at all! Please don't tidy up on my behalf. I need to see your home as it really is so I can understand how you live and create the most effective plan for you.

How long does a session take?

Sessions are typically 4 hours or 6 hours. The number of sessions needed depends on the size of your home and the scope of the project. We'll discuss this during your consultation.

Will you make me throw everything away?

Absolutely not. My role is to support and guide you, not to make decisions for you. We work through your belongings together and you decide what stays and what goes. I'll never pressure you to part with anything you're not ready to release.

What happens to the things I decide to let go of?

We'll sort items into categories: donate, recycle, sell, or dispose of responsibly. I am always happy to remove a full car load and deliver to local donation centres, charities, and recycling options. I can also advise on the removal of larger items if needed.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured. I am also DBS checked and ICO registered, so you can invite me into your home with complete confidence and peace of mind.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! Virtual organising sessions are available via video call for those who prefer remote support or are located outside my usual service area. These can be just as effective as in-person sessions.
